3. Subscriptions and Payments Some of our Apps may offer features billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). If you choose to purchase a Subscription within any of our Apps, the following terms apply:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price unless otherwise notified.
- Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
4. Use of the Services The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
